The 2026 Fresh Hop Pop-Up Beer Fest runs for 18 straight days from September 17th through October 4th Every day there will be 10 fresh hop beers or ciders on tap, with special featured brewery tap takeovers and themed mini-fests. Even when there is not a special tapping, there will still be a full lineup of freshies on draft.

Deschutes Brewery - King Crispy Fresh Hop Pilsner
ABV 5.1%, IBU 35. All the characteristics you know and love from King Crispy, with a hot side addition of fresh Tettnang hops from Goschie Farms. Light bready pilsner malt, flowery hop spice, no esters, crisp finish.
Deschutes Brewery - Fresh Hop Strut your Strata Hazy IPA
ABV 6.5%, IBU 45. Hazy IPA with a soft pillowy mouthfeel, big tangerine and pineapple flavors from hot side fresh Strata hops from Goschie Farms. Juicy, pungent, tropical, dank.
Hetty Alice - Fresh Hopped Italian Pilsner
Featuring fresh-harvested Lorien from Goschie Farms in Silverton, Oregon. Pours like a late Summer morning with creamy white foam. Aromas of candied citrus, honeydew and wildflowers precede flavors of limoncello, fresh cracked pepper and sourdough before a fresh, snappy, citrus-amaro finish. 5.2% ABV. 100% Fresco
Hopworks Insatiable - Fresh Hop IPA
Insatiable Fresh Hop IPA showcases Fresh Centennial hops, grown just 40 miles from the brewery at Goschie Farms. These hops are picked at peak freshness and raced to the brew kettle to be used immediately. This IPA has a clean, dry malt profile and a moderate bitterness with notes of honeydew, lemon zest, and fresh cut grass.
